Alan O'Neill started Abacus Plumbing in 2003 with a single truck and a Master Plumber licence (M-20628). The company he wanted to build was straightforward: show up on time, explain the problem honestly, price the repair before starting, and fix it so the customer never has to call back for the same issue.
That approach scaled. Abacus now operates from three locations across Houston and Austin, fields calls 24 hours a day including holidays, and has earned 11,750+ Google reviews at 4.7 stars. Every truck is stocked with thousands of parts so the technician can complete most residential repairs on the first visit.
